After the inspection is complete we send all samples off to an independent lab for analysis. They will send lab results to you, our inspector and the office. This will ultimately determine whether or not a problem exists. Since Falcon operates without a conflict of interest, you can be sure these results are factual. If a problem does exist the inspector will make a secondary report for what needs to be done to fix the issues. Our goal is that you rid the property of the problems at the lowest cost possible so you can be sure no unnecessary steps will be included.

In any case, every restoration job begins with a free, on-site inspection and damage assessment. This allows us to determine exactly how much damage your property has endured. From there, our highly trained technicians are able to develop a plan of action that will serve as our guide throughout the restoration process. At each stage of the project, we’ll remain in contact with you, communicating what our team has already accomplished and what still needs to be done. Our primary goal is always to fully restore your property to its original, pre-damaged state as quickly and affordably as possible.

During a Fire…

Fires cause extensive damage to both the structural property as well as to the owners’ possessions and furnishings. Water damage is usually inevitable when dealing with fire emergencies, as water is commonly used to extinguish the flames. During fires, various toxic gasses and chemical compounds are released that may be detrimental to health. They may cause symptoms such as burning eyes, coughing and headaches. Severe reactions may include respiratory distress, asthma, wheezing, and difficulty in breathing, among others.

After a Fire…

Following fires, property owners have the unpleasant task of dealing with smoke, fire, soot, and water damages. Soaking wet carpet, smoke permeated walls, soot covered furniture and soiled clothing are but a few of the nuances homeowners must deal with after a fire. They also need to take care of insurance paperwork as well as figure out where to stay for the duration of the cleanup and restoration work.
