After the inspection is complete we send all samples off to an independent lab for analysis. They will send lab results to you, our inspector and the office. This will ultimately determine whether or not a problem exists. Since Falcon operates without a conflict of interest, you can be sure these results are factual. If a problem does exist the inspector will make a secondary report for what needs to be done to fix the issues. Our goal is that you rid the property of the problems at the lowest cost possible so you can be sure no unnecessary steps will be included.
A fire is a devastating event—and one that requires professional fire cleanup, restoration, and repairs. Falcon Restoration is available 24/7, 365 days a year to assist you. Our fire cleanup process varies greatly depending on the extent of the damage. For example, a relatively small electrical fire that is put out quickly and only damages a small area will require a much simpler cleanup and restoration process than a full-blown structural fire.
We start by assessing all the mold found in your residence. We then talk with professional hygienists to determine the extent of the mold damage and the proper remediation procedures. After the work is done, we’ll use clearance tests to double-check that the work was done correctly.
Our mold removal services include:
Complete examination as to the extent of your mold problem from skilled experts
Containment of affected area and removal of contaminated materials

During a Fire…
Fire Restoration Companies Wilmington NC | Falcxon Restoration
Fires cause extensive damage to both the structural property as well as to the owners’ possessions and furnishings. Water damage is usually inevitable when dealing with fire emergencies, as water is commonly used to extinguish the flames. During fires, various toxic gasses and chemical compounds are released that may be detrimental to health. They may cause symptoms such as burning eyes, coughing and headaches. Severe reactions may include respiratory distress, asthma, wheezing, and difficulty in breathing, among others.
After a Fire…
Following fires, property owners have the unpleasant task of dealing with smoke, fire, soot, and water damages. Soaking wet carpet, smoke permeated walls, soot covered furniture and soiled clothing are but a few of the nuances homeowners must deal with after a fire. They also need to take care of insurance paperwork as well as figure out where to stay for the duration of the cleanup and restoration work.
