After the inspection is complete we send all samples off to an independent lab for analysis. They will send lab results to you, our inspector and the office. This will ultimately determine whether or not a problem exists. Since Falcon operates without a conflict of interest, you can be sure these results are factual. If a problem does exist the inspector will make a secondary report for what needs to be done to fix the issues. Our goal is that you rid the property of the problems at the lowest cost possible so you can be sure no unnecessary steps will be included.
In any case, every restoration job begins with a free, on-site inspection and damage assessment. This allows us to determine exactly how much damage your property has endured. From there, our highly trained technicians are able to develop a plan of action that will serve as our guide throughout the restoration process. At each stage of the project, we’ll remain in contact with you, communicating what our team has already accomplished and what still needs to be done. Our primary goal is always to fully restore your property to its original, pre-damaged state as quickly and affordably as possible.
Smoke Damages Can Present a Serious Health Hazard
Fire and smoke damages aren’t just ugly scars reminding you about a traumatic past event at your commercial facility – smoke can also present a serious health hazard for your building’s occupants if left untreated. That’s because smoke can contaminate your building’s ductwork and HVAC system with soot, allergens, and mold. Commercial fire and smoke restoration can be a complicated process best left in the hands of qualified professionals like Falcon Restoration Services.
